Sweat your stress away with a view of the mountains not only when hiking, but also in the Finnish Panorama Sauna. It’s ideal for relaxing tense muscles, recharging your batteries and regenerating your body. Right in the natural surroundings, there’s no better sauna to prepare for the next outdoor experience.

As a gentler variation on the Finnish sauna, you can warm your body in our bio sauna at a comparatively lower temperature of about 55°C. With a relative humidity of 40 – 55%, it’s a great option for sauna newcomers.

If you want to spare your circulatory system, but are still longing for warmth, the aroma steam bath is “the place to be”. Here there is a similar temperature to the bio sauna, but the humidity is significantly higher – perfect to switch into relaxation mode.

Strength lies in rest: After active mountain adventures in nature, relaxation is on the menu. So in die berge lifestyle hotel we have created a large, inviting relaxation area inside and outside of our Sky SPA. Here you can let your spirit soar and let your thoughts roam to the next summit.

Power up inside with nature right in front of your eyes in our fitness area. Here we have the most modern fitness devices for our guests for strength and endurance training. Choose your device, put on your headphones and enjoy the view for a perfect day in the mountains. In addition, at Sportlers Lodge Sölden – part of our family – you can use the Gym BASEFIVE and all training sessions free of charge every day.

If you enjoy a day on the slopes, you shouldn’t have to worry about snow-covered equipment. In our heated ski and boot room as well as drying room, you can not only change your footwear whilst cosy and warm, but also let your skis dry off securely after your day in the snow.

While you’re racing down the trails or climbing up to the summit, don’t worry about cleanliness – you shouldn’t have to! Exactly to this end, at the lifestyle hotel die berge not only is there a bike room to store your bike, but also a great wash rack so your bike can shine on the trail again and there’s a separate room for servicing and repairing your bike.

Our guests can take part in all guided hiking tours in the Ötztal Nature Park free of charge with the Summer Card.

Our sports enthusiast guests will find the best manicured tennis courts across from our lifestyle hotel die berge. These can be used with great vigour from the beginning of June to about the middle of October, and they of course have a fantastic view of nature, the mountain world and our hotel.
